Habit
At the beginning of doing zenso if we think of it,
we can remind ourselves:
It’s okay to not have to do anything or be anything or get anything
The habit we each have the opportunity to create, cultivate, or nurture –
when we become aware that here we are, doing zenso –
is one of enjoying the experience,
being okay with where we are,
slowing down if just for a moment (which is all we got),
and noticing with appreciation the sensations that go into this relationship.
The habits of strength, leisure, etc. [may] happily follow.
But please, don’t try too hard.
